“Over prepare then go with the flow” are the words we live by, with the goal of making every shoot seamless.

Andy, with twenty years experience, has worked with national and regional clients. His emotionally evocative images go beyond photography into storytelling. What Andy brings to the table is incredible talent, a great attitude, a quick mind, good instincts, and a likable personality.  Andy is the kind of professional who makes photography look easy.  He’s especially good at putting elements together in an interesting and unique way.

Terzes Photography can produce an entire shoot from set design to model auditions and everything in between. We develop a close relationship with the client and a real understanding of the message being communicated. It’s a mutual trust and comfort level that allows us to bring out the best in each subject photographed. In the end, the shoot is seamless, efficient, professional and enjoyable.

Andy has photographed stills for feature film The Steam Experiment featuring Val Kilmer. His work comes highly recommended from Director Philippe Martinez and Executive Producer Neil Stenberg.

“Andy has a very unique ability to capture the most vibrant moment in a scene and the soul of the performance. He uses a camera to make life bigger and more intense.” Director Philippe Martinez.

His passion for performing arts extends into photographing the Grand Rapids Ballet Company for over ten years. In addition, he has photographed Olympic track and field athletes including medalists Jen Stuczynski ; Asafa Powell; Sonya Richards and Liu Xang. He captured these images at venues such as the Adidas Track Classic in California and Reebok Grand Prix in New York and Prefontaine Classic in Oregon.

“What I can tell you is that Andy understands how to work within the rhythm and flow of a film set as well as any photographer I’ve met. He understands that time pressure and cast sensitivities mean that there are times when he can’t be on set shooting. But Andy also knows the importance stills are to the larger life of a production, and continually looks for the best opportunities to capture publicity photos, as well as ‘making of’ moments. He’s friendly on set, but respectful and focused”

— Jim McKinney, 1st Assistant Director for “The Steam Experiment”
